C'est un hôtel exceptionnel ! La chambre est parfaitement équipée et confortable : coin salon, frigo, cafetière/ thé, lits confortables, salle de bain spacieuse. Le wellness est exceptionnel avec 5 saunas et 2 hammams. Les salles de repos sont magnifiques et très bien équipées. Petites collations très appréciées, pommes et fruits secs, thé ....

J'aurais préféré des oreillers plus fermes, mais c'est vraiment du détail !

"Cadre agréable mais expérience décevante et loin du niveau attendu pour un 4 étoiles."

Le cadre est calme et reposant, bonne situation pour se détendre. Le room service est de qualité.

Chambre vieillotte (moquette, salle de bains ancienne, télé datée sans services modernes), pas de climatisation ni chauffage réglable, terrasse sans intimité, mauvaise isolation. Au bar, la carte des boissons est confuse (présentation qui prête à confusion) et la réponse donnée quand j’ai demandé des explications a été hautaine. Supplément à payer présenter au check-out pour une deuxième personne présenté de manière très déplacée (« vous étiez avec une femme »), Personnel au bar ainsi qu’au check-out peu professionnel, facturation confuse avec une mousse au chocolat facturée mais jamais servie.
