Muy buen lugar con excelente ubicación

Muy mala experiencia. El hotel genera mucha expectativa, pero nunca antes de concretar la compra supimos que el desayuno lo recibiríamos en la habitación. Solo al llegar al hotel nos enteramos de eso. Otra cosa muy mala es que no nos hayan avisado antes de la compra que estaban siendo una especie de “residencia sanitaria”. Mala experiencia, jamás podría recomendarlo por todo lo que pasamos.

Experiencia m¿boutique muy agradable. Solo que el estacionamiento estaba un poco lejos.

I spent just few days but it was very pleasant. Near the hotel we found an avenue with many kinds of restaurants. The hotel is located in a quite place an it is easy also to use the subway or if you want to walk as we made, this hotel isn´t so far from the Costanera shopping.

Good breakfast and location. A normal hotel. Frendly people

I stayed 3 days and one elevator was not working. Considering they have two.....

I spent for night in the rugendas for work. The room was wonderful and the people very nice. The hotel is very quiet and well located. The only drawback is the gym which is not really well equiped for training.

Great place! Very comfortable.clean, and spacious. Easy walk to many restaurants and attractions. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We'd stay here again without any hesitation!

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very "walkable," with many restaurants and small markets nearby.

When I stayed here 6 years ago, this was a charming, unique property with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Now, the Rugendas has become”Holiday Inn Express” of Santiago, heartless, windowless and bland. I literally cried .
