Hotel Villa Oriental & Restaurant

Ich bin erschrocken! Der Einfachheit halber hier in Listenform mein Erlebnis: - internet: funktioniert nicht. - Bett: Sauber bis auf Haarbüschel - Stuhl nicht vorhanden - Fenster links schließt nicht richtig. Kalt, Laut -Bad: Duschschlauch gerissen. -Tür der Dusche fällt ab -Lüftung defekt, Schimmel übermalt -Toilettensitz mit schmutzigem lappen dreckig gewischt -Waschbecken: Zahnpastateste vom vorgänger? Insgesamt ist es einfach dreckig, ungepflegt und kaputt. Darauf angesprochen wurde mir sehr zögerlich ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Allerdings mit dem Hinweis, dass es nicht besser wäre. Ich konnte das Frühstück stornieren, da man verstehen konnte, dass ich den gleichen Hygienestandard auch in der Küche vermutet habe. Das hat mich gefreut, aber auch etwas erstaunt. Denn meine Kritik hat dort wirklich niemanden erstaunt.

This is the most unclean and dirty hotel i ever have been too. i steped on an glas on the batroom floor and dust is hanging all over the walls lamp with electric cabels hanging out from the wall, only one thing was ok and that was clean sheets on the bed. that hotel needs total renovation.

Good lower cost stay very near to main train station. The area near the train station in Frankfurt is like many train stations, with some street people.

We had a very bad experience because the room was very different from the photo on the website, it was a little dirty and had cockroaches and it was very dark and hot and the air conditioning didn’t work, no window to the outside, the bed was not at all like the photo of the bed on the website

For the price, this hotel is very good. Literally 1 minute walk from Frankfurt am main Hbf. Which is very usefull if you find yourself travelling often. The staff were very nice and spoke english and german. One staff even spoke arabic to help a customer. The rooms are very spacious and look very good. The only issue i had the whole time was the air con didnt work. Other then that, great exsperiance. I would definitely stay there again.

However the receptionist was good and hel us, the room side is ok, train station. Bus station, Restaurant. Very close . Enough for our need. Thank you

Hotel full of bedbug and insect. I could not sleep through the night. This type of hotel should not be on this app. Avoid it totally.
