Hotel Villa Oriental & Restaurant

Out stay at Hotel villa Oriental and Restaurant was ok. Not great not bad. Our interaction with employees and reception desk was very good. The area near Frankfurt train station, attractions, and restaurants are very good. The room itself was meh. Good size,but room amenities are dated. For example, the bathroom, although unique and kinda quirky in a good way, smelled strongly, like a musky or a moldy smell. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the bed linens. Overall the Hotel could use a decent makeover from linens to tile work.

Hard to find the hotel it is located in the back not show address on google Map . Hard to find parking to unload luggages . My room was small and bathroom stinky .

Nice staff. Very good price. It was much too noisy. Construction across the street started at 7 AM. It might have been better with an inside room, but it was so loud, I doubt it.

Good nice and quiet location , good restaurants around

I choose this hotel for its style and unique, oriental amenities. I loved the balcony where I can watch city life. In the room there's a small fridge if you need to cool your drink and secure place for your valuables. I was especially satisfied with receptionists and cleaning staff. They were very helpful, polite and quiet. Every day, cleaning staff left my room spotless, fresh and with changed bed clothes. They've always ask me If I want more coffee in my room. Receptionist were always helpful if I asked them about places, or telephone call. I loved the warmth and niceness of the people and staff in hotel. I had feeling I am in my hometown neighborhood. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely come back again.

I liked location but property was listed as having a/c but did not, nights were a little uncomfortable.

I like this place, the room was beautiful. The decoration it's really cute, the bed is super comfortable, everything is super clean, and staff is very friendly. We had A/C, mini fridge, and safe box. The only problem I had, it's that the main door is not where is suppose to be, but a completely different street. So this hotel is located in the heart of downtown, and space and traffic are CRAZY, so they combined this location with Hotel Paris that is behind it. The hotels share the backyards, so people has to check in at the reception of The Paris Hotel and walk through to the Villa Oriental, not a big deal, but when you are trying to find your hotel it's confusin. You have to talk throught the intercom and they will tell you to walk or drive to the other side. There is no parking at any od the hotels downtown, so if you are lucky and find parking in the side of the road "awesome" if not, you have to park in the City Parking Garage that it is in the same block, now, parking is €31 / $37. We are glad we got a cheap hotel because this doubled up just with the parking situation, besides that, everything was pretty good. There are many little restaurants withing walking distance all pretty good and affortable.

Front door hard to find. With elevator still had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Two hotel with one reception desk.
