Location

Lounge very uncomfortable room was very stale had to disinfect and leave doors open toilet was discussing used bleach to clean mop on verandra as was smelly please use what you use in foya to make room appellelling on arrival I didn't complain just a few tips for future clients

Nice apartment, walking distance to all the Surfers Paradise action. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was neat and tidy

Needed some extra coffee/sugar provided as well as toilet paper

Friendly staff Indoor heated pool & spa very nice Private balcony and good views Location to tram and only 20min walk to Cavill. Comfortable apartment Apartment equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Luggage trolley not provided for guests to bring up luggage etc.

"Good location, great staff! Apartment needs TLC, but the hot pool makes up for the sore back."

The location was amazing and the hot pool, OMG, the best. The staff were helpful and amazing! 10/10 to them. Bedding and towels very clean.

The apartment needs a revamp asap. It’s outdated and the beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets and bedding were clean but the mattresses and pillows are as old as time. They need to be replaced. Don’t get me wrong, I will definitely stay here again. I just think the apartment can do with a few touch ups. Just spend the money, it will be worth it in the end. Good reviews bring more people.
