Aristocrat Apartments

Great place to stay, very well maintained for an older building. Ammenities are fantastic and room was very spacious. The property is will sign posted with directions and rules but the management is not overbearing or enforcing so the respect at the property is very high and well respected. The manager Roy is a great host and made us feel welcome and helped us a lot. Thanks Roy, you’re amazing!

Unit 22, 4th floor. Very nice apartment, in excellent condition. Close to the tram at Northcliffe, with small convenient store, beer shop and ChickeryChick around the corner. Very close to the beach, just one block down, right next to beachower 32 and surf club. Reception staff was super friendly.

Apartment was not very clean. Dishes with dried food bits in cupboard. Windows were a little moldy in places on the inside. We spent an hr cleaning when we arrived. Just to feel better and satisfied.

Roy, the desk clerk was very friendly, helpful,and had a great sense of humor.

Great location, close to everything. Staff very accommodating. Room was nice with a superb view. Would have no hesitation of staying there again
