I requested a double room with two beds but when confirmed it was a single studio. When I called the manager he complained that I was interrupting his coffee break and was not helpful. I totally understand the facilities were booked, but they also refused to grant us a refund since we had to find another place last minute in Harvey Bay, which we did. It was not a great experience in terms of customer service.

The outside light didnt work. The people upstairs were noisy...eg could here them walking early in the morning on the timber floor
