Well located , very clean and comfortable

Location, air con, size of unit, comfortable.

Water pressure in shower. And poor wifi reception.

Was a lovely place. Staff were wonderful.

Air conditioner didn't work properly. Tv had no channels and was in a silly position

I only saw the room; I arrived and left, I didn't have time to look at everything. The room was clean and organised.

I booked a room with two beds because it was supposed to be just me and a friend on this trip. When we arrived, the hotel only offered one bed, and the hotel staff member or owner (I’m not sure which) was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. He told me that I could “just sleep with my friend,” that this “always happens,” and that “nobody ever complains,” and that I was the first person to say anything. It was raining heavily, and I was not going to share one bed with my friend all day, especially after paying for a room with two separate beds. He sold one thing and delivered something completely different and on top of that, he was rude. I was exhausted after flying for hours. Instead of being able to rest, I had to gather my things again, pay for another Uber, lose another 40 minutes, and travel to a new hotel. All I wanted was to arrive and rest, but the experience was extremely stressful and disappointing.

We booked 2 beds but when we turned up there was only a queen bed. When I rang and spoke to management, they told us the other bed was a single foldaway bed. We had to move the heavy table and chairs onto the balcony to make room to pull down the bed we had requested. It was more like a bed for a child than an adult. Also, it is quite a long way from anywhere.
