Great location

Views from room were very nice. Full free breakfast was very nice. Beach was large and nice. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked good.

I wish there was a full shower door in lieu of just one half door, to keep the draft out. I wish there was a used towel dispenser so there was somewhere to put your dirty towels when your room isnt being cleaned. I wish there were umbrellas on the beach. I wish there was a lunch available.

The Continental breakfast was appetizing however the space to hold capacity of people in the office was a little tight

Loved our stay can’t wait to bring the boat up

Internet access was minimal. The room was noisy. The beach chairs were so disappointing.

Continental breakfast was decent. Need more chocolate chip muffins. Beautiful property. Never used any amenities as we were busy on the lake. The drawers in the rooms had crumbs in them, so I had to clean them before I used them. Fridge could have also used a better wipe down. Other than that it was comfortable and great view

Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a nice location on the lake. I was worried about getting there around midnight and not having staff available, but they make it easy for you to access your room even if you come in that late. Air conditioning was great but Had a motion sensor so it would not run at night while we were sleeping so I would have to get up and move around to click it back on again. Bed was soft, room was modern.

My only complaint was that housekeeping was by request only so they asked us to let them know by 11 AM if we wanted our room clean. After the second day, I requested a cleaning the next day and let them know we would be leaving the room at noon. They confirmed that the room would be cleaned. Came back to the room at 10:00 that night and it was never cleaned. Which was unfortunate as we threw our towels on the ground in the bathroom assuming they would be replaced. The shower door doesn’t block a lot of the water and the floors get really wet so we used those towels to mop the floor which meant we had no clean towels the next day. You do expect a little bit more for over $300 a night.
