We love coming here. The lakefront beach is the absolute best part.

the room was perfect for our family and location was perfect for all our adventures

We chose the center harbor in for its location right on the lake and amenities mentioned. Fitness center, free breakfast. Our biggest disappointment was the Canadian Geese that pooped all over the property but especially the beach! It was disgusting. I did see a crew of people on the property raking the beach and grass areas. The beach chairs are functional but not that many. The water was spectacular but wear water shoes or follow the sand in the water. Otherwise the bottom is slimy! The raft was a nice feature. The “fitness center” is a joke. Please be honest and show 2 treadmills, an elliptical and two exercise balls. (We paid to go to a gym). There is a sauna and hot tub which we did not use. Finally the breakfast doesn’t even open until 8 am! Coffee at 7:30 would’ve been lovely. No great shakes for breakfast. The very basics. However the fresh bagels and muffins were delicious. Its proximity to Meredith is a great plus. Very friendly staff.

The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. The location on the beach was great too. The rooms were pretty clean and a good size.

The air conditioning unit was very loud, and the fan was too strong blowing on us all the time. I would not return due to this fact. The shower had only half a glass door, and the rain head showerhead did not have enough pressure.

Beautiful setting; perfect location for 4th of July festivities in Center Harbor. Large, comfortable room and big, well stocked bathroom with walk-in shower. Nice balcony. Includes self-serve breakfast from 8-10am; coffee, tea and juices; scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties; breads, cereals, muffins, yogurt. There’s a beach area and jacuzzi, and we saw the available kayaks and paddle boards.

We liked everything. Adding lighting at the driveway entrance for after dark arrivals would be helpful.

Wonderful location in Lake Winnipesaukee. Food and a few shops nearby right on the water. Definitely enjoyed it here.

The staff was very accommodating

I feel like the room need a table so you can put stuff there . There was so much room unutilized. I also wish there were washers and dryers for the guests . We had to go off-site.
