Beautiful building. Lots of areas to sit outside the room. Very helpful to have free coffee, tea and water available all the time. Staff very helpful.

Lamentablemente me enfermé y tuve fiebre alta, mis compañeros salieron a recepción a pedir ayuda del botiquín y la chica de recepción les negó la ayuda y los mandó a farmacia, cuando vieron que no bajaba mi fiebre volvieron a salir y en recepción estaba el chico que es muy amable y atento y el si fue de ayuda, que les dio termómetro y sacó del botiquín ascetaminofen, que ayudó a saber que mi fiebre estaba en 38.8 y la pastilla empezó su efecto y lograron controlar mi fiebre, es triste cuando el personal no se preocupa por cosas tan simples que pueden llegar afectar de forma imaginable, 38.8 de fiebre fue algo que si no fuera por el chico de recepción y su amabilidad, si me sube un poco más la fiebre pude convulsionar, agradezco la cordialidad del chico e invito a que las chicas de recepción sean más amables y empaticas en cosas todo hasta en cosas tan mínimas y simples como el servicio al cliente, que fue lo que el chico si supo dar.

Great location right by the main plaza and close to everything. We had room 7 and had no problem with the noise from the discoteca next door. Helpful staff, great views of the volcano from the pool, and picturesque grounds combined with location and price made it a very satisfying stay. would highly recommend it.

The only good thing about this hotel is that its less than one block away from the park.

It has bars next door and it was impossible to sleep. There were people literally in our window cursing, drinking and smoking and no one at the hotel bothers to look out for that.

The property is absolutely stunning and perfectly captures the charm of Antigua. I was lucky to be given Room 15, the only one with a private balcony overlooking the street, with Volcán Pacaya visible to the left. Waking up to such a beautiful morning view is unbeatable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire experience amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Antigua.
