Staff is phenomenal

This place overall was a great boutique hotel. It’s in an ideal location.

Staff members at the hotel were helpful and kind. However, the room had a musty smell that never dissipated, and the noise from the nearby bar was loud. Ear plugs and white noise machine come in handy if you're staying there. The pool was nice, as was the location of the hotel. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge for storing food and drinks. An air purifier or dehumidifier would also help to combat the damp, stagnant air.

Casa del Parque is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here.

I liked the pool, very refreshing. Although you could hear the pub next door our room was sufficient so it was a muffled sound at night.

Great stay. Very central and close to attractions and restaurants. Would stay again.

I really like this hotel, it was my second time, there are many things change, the room this time didn’t liked in one of the walls was next to another property and you can hear all the noise and the bathroom was clean but with some stains parts, all the hotel is nice perfect and the pool always clean with a small dining area if you bring your own food, the employees there are always nice and willing to help you.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and love the location - only a block from the Central Park in Antigua. The rooms are each unique and the pool is nice. The only recent downside is the loud bar next door, which has music playing late on the weekends (when we were there). Depending on where your room is, that noise can be a nuisance if trying to sleep. Overall, this is a great location, but there is some noise risk with weekend stays.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and the location is great - just 1 block from the Central Park. The rooms are all unique and the pool is great. The one downside is that there is now a large nightclub next door, and during our weekend stay, the music was loud late into the evening, which (depending on where your room is) can be disruptive for sleep. This wasn’t an issue for Sunday night, so may be a disruption only on weekends.
