Cottage molto ampio, letti comodi, bella posizione, bella struttura

Il resort avrebbe grandi potenzialità, ma la gestione lascia a desiderare. La navetta per Georgetown parte solo 4 volte al giorno, l'ultima volta alle 5, e la sosta dura almeno 2 ore. Il paese è piccolissimo, in mezz'ora si fa il giro a piedi. Cosa fare nel resto del tempo? Come fare se si vuole passare la serata in paese? Il bar dovrebbe essere aperto almeno dalle 8 alle 24 e dovrebbe offrire prezzi contenuti per i clienti dell'hotel. C'era molto caldo e per 3 giorni la reception è stata sprovvista di acqua. Le informazioni fornite su Booking non sono aggiornate: ad esempio è falso che si possa pagare con bonifico e, pur avendo insistito per poter pagare anticipatamente, sono stati irremovibili, adducendo come motivazione di essere stati truffati da clienti Booking. Vorrei capire perchè addebitare la prima notte su carta di credito sia esente da truffa, mentre addebitare l'intero soggiorno possa portare a truffe...

My email stated I’d pay 81.00 upon arrival at the hotel but I had to pay 118.00 or couldn’t check in. Although it’s not a huge difference, I want my 37.00 refunded to me. The hotel was nice but very dated. The furniture needs serious updating, also, there were no clear channels on the television. All were very fuzzy.

Rita at front desk was the best

Hideaways is a quaint small resort in a great location. Everyone is so nice and helpful. the restaurant/bar onsite has the best pizza and is very convenient if you do not have a rental car. The shuttle runs to Georgetown 4x a day if you want to go into town for groceries, shopping, etc. I would definitely stay here again

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Beautiful views and conveniently located nearby main sites and tourist hubs and eatery. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Crossing the street. A light or some type of caution system needs to be implemented.

What a wonderful place to hangout for 4 nights while my son recovered from a double ear infection before we could fly home. The mini villas were cool and comfortable. The pool and breach area are quaint and the water is exceptional. It was nice to have the restaurant Splash onsite but I could also make mini meals in our villa. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is on our list to return on another trip to Exuma.

TV Location In Room . Turning On Bathroom Light And Hearing The Exhaust Fan Noise . Light Should Be On One Switch And Fan Should Have Its Own Switch .

The villa was super comfortable and clean. I liked the access directly to the beach and how friendly the staff were.

Location meant that you had to get a taxi or drive most places

We had our own private cabin. Staff was very good. Shuttle service into town was great. Water taxi to beaches was so convenient.

Loved the area and living area was prefect for my family and I.
