GBThe location was good.
Our room was over the road in a bungalow the room was small and old fashioned. The toilet got blocked just after we arrived we had to go over the road to the Indian restaurant to get someone to see if they could fix it. We eventually had to go out and left them trying to fix the problem. When we came back there was a note o on the door saying we had to be moved to another room which was above the indian around the back and up a metal outside staircase the room was decorated a bit better but it was freezing the radiator in the room and bathroom wasn't working there was a small oil filled radiator which was useless i had to go down again to the Indian restaurant and I said the radiator was no good he came back with another which did heat up the room. The wifi didn't work and oh my God the breakfast in the Indian the next morning was horrible and the tea like dish water we told the guy we wouldn't be having breakfast the next day. I was definitely fooled when looking at the pictures before I booked. Please don't make the same mistake as me. We tried to find somewhere else for our second night but everywhere was booked up.

GBLike a previous reviewer, I am commenting on a budget stay, not a 5 star location. The room was well equipped and day to day cleaning was fine. The bed was comfy and there was bottled water, tea/coffee and biscuits provided. We had a lovely meal at the restaurant, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty.
The room could do with a deep clean.
GBGood friendly owner in a good location between Sleaford and Coningsby. Nice essential facilities with comfortable room, excellent shower and good free WiFi and parking. A big bonus was also the Indian Tandoori food from the owners co-located restaurant. Good access for aviation enthusiasts to RAF Coningsby, Cranwell and Waddington
