Nothing. Holes in carpet, hairs in bed, electric blew as soon as we put kettle on, no fire alarms.

No fire alarms-hole in ceiling stuffed with toilet roll!!!! Extension leads everywhere and electric blew!!! Pubic hair in bed! Holes in carpet!!! Stayed 30 minutes and left!!!

Great value, breakfast included, staff were great and helpful, facilities were fine and check in/out was easy. Food from the Indian restaurant downstairs was fantastic, they even let us takeout and provided plates/cutlery so we could watch telly and eat in our room.

The bed in room 12 has the headboard against the wall of the shared bathroom. Should definitely be moved if possible

A very pleasant place to stay , and eat. And it's very very reasonably priced , so it should not be compared ( when reviewing ) to hotels charging twice the price. It is therefore excellent value for money. Thanks a lot guys. David. (. hope to visit again in mid April. )

Some bacon and sausage would be nice at breakfast ! ( Gluten free , of course ! ) Maybe next time ! Thanks.

The room was small but had all the facilities needed, and it was clean. Breakfast included was a bonus, although no tea or coffee offered with it. We did have orange juice though.

Noisy neighbours in the next room loudly banging around at midnight. Also parking was a bit tight.

The hotel is advertised as family friendly but on arrival it was clear this isn’t really the case. The stairs up to the standard double rooms are steep and there’s a small stepped landing with steps up and down to the shared bathroom, definitely not suitable for small children and very difficult to carry bags up and down. The stay was a very reasonable price but the neighbours were so antisocial, and so noisy, that we couldn’t sleep or get any access to the shared bathroom. I turned the shower on to wash my daughter and by the time I’d returned with a towel there was a man making a mess at the sink! I messaged the host at midnight via hotels.com to let them know but nothing was done about it. A member of hotel staff also woke my daughter up at 9:50pm banging on our door with an extra duvet, which was for someone else. The traffic noise was unbearable and we hardly slept. I was surprised as assumed the countryside location would be peaceful, but it turns out the hotel is on the main road which is busy even on Sunday night and at 4am. The window was very draughty and the room was so small you couldn’t move the bed away from it. The central heating was broken and the room had a portable electric heater on the floor. We left at 6:45am and couldn’t face staying for breakfast. Some of the reviews made it sound like a safe bet but our experience was really bad. As a couple you might put up with it but with children in tow this place is a definite no-go.

Cold very small tv toilet blocked carpet dirty wardrobe was a shelf

The beds were comfortable. Staff friendly, that's it.

The room was small. The carpets were tired and the shower room wasn't great. Noisy residents next door smoking weed and drinking alcohol out the back. Was told they couldn't do anything about it as they were smoking it in their room. Yet it says it's a no smoking rooms. Very unlikely to return.
