Host was waiting on arrival and made to feel comfortable. About 15 walk from centre of Southampton.

Only there 1 night so nothing I didn't like. Served it's purpose.

"Excellent"

Parking very good. Single bedroom acceptable. Nice shower. Went. downstairs approximately 9.00 a.m. for breakfast , could not locate anybody or self service food. Not sure if we maybe should have preordered . 😕. Happy enough though . Would stay again.
