Position and car parking.

To start with the shower leaked and there was a puppy training mat instead of a proper floor mat on the carpeted bathroom floor. The room was tiny in comparison to others we have stayed in. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom not the bathroom. The bar wasn’t open and overall we didn’t enjoy our stay at all.

No breakfast included although I had understood there was on booking

The room I was allocated required me to walk through the dining room in order to get to it and it was situated right next to the kitchen and was marked private which was a little confusing at first and awkward to leave the room and go through the dining room on departing. The staff were invisible so had no interaction with anyone while there.

It was lovely and clean , the owner was very friendly on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. Great location, especially for the Mayflower Theatre which was reason for our trip.

Slightly dated but not a bad thing. Puppy pad for bathroom mat was interesting
