"PLUS JAMAIS DANS CET HOTEL"

Franchement rien

Les installations sont vieilles. Les chambres sont vieilles. La salle de sport est vieille. Le jacuzzi n’a quasiment pas de bulle c’est juste uuun bain chaud. Le sauna est doit pas dépasser les 32 degrés. Le personnel se plis à des règles qui manque de savoir vivre. Mon vol est arrivé à 6h, arrivant à l’hôtel à 7h j’ai prévenu à 3 reprises par messages l’hôtel. L’hôtel ne m’a jamais répondu à ce sujet ils m’ont, cependant demandé plusieurs fois mon heure d’arrivée. Tout ça pour me recevoir à 7h30 à l’hôtel et me proposer (après avoir supplié) de me doucher dans les douches de la salle de sport. Inadmissible. Je n’ai pu avoir accès à ma chambre qu’à 15h. Je comprends que ce sont les règles de l’hôtel, mais à quoi sert il de demander l’heure d’arriver ? Pourquoi ne jamais répondre aux messages ? Aucun geste, rien, allez dormir comme des sans abri dans le hall en attendant 15h.

"There could be a lot of improvement to make"

Wifi was terrible; I was unable to work. That's really a shame because of the status of the hotel. The room always had some sort of bad smell all the time.. They stop serving breakfast at 10 am, that's very bad and non convenient Other than that, the hotel was good for the value, and the location is really good
