os quartos tem aparelho de TV ,porém, não tem imagem das emissoras, muito ruim quando chegamos no balcão pro ckeckin, perguntei sobre a inclusão do valor do café da manhã a recepcionista me informou que caso eu resolvesse ter o café da manhã, a despesa seria lançada no quarto no check out, ela lançou os valores dos cafés da manhã havidos de uma maneira bem aleatória acho que deveriam nos apresentar uma fatura com o cálculo dos valores totais e a soma final para entendermos melhor o que estamos pagando paguei com o cartão de crédito e estou sem qualquer comprovante do cálculo dessa despesa não pedi nada pra não ficar discutindo com quem não tem culpa nisso apenas acho que deveriam deixar claro a respeito do que se cobra na saída do hotel
