Great stay.

I can agree with all the positive points - location, breakfast but I feel some of the negatives need addressing by the hotel. Such as 1. Pool - the floor by the pool was absolutely filthy. You need to walk around in shoes as if not your feet become dirty. Never saw the poolside cleaned in the 2 weeks we were there. 2. Staff - not a smile to be seen. In our 2 weeks only 1 member of the breakfast staff said hello and even smiled. The reception staff never greeted us first and the enter to the hotel was never monitored so anyone could come in to all areas. 3. Sleep -even when the air-conditioning was turned off the noise it made during the night meant we had to sleep with ear plugs. 4. Wifi - worked great by the pool and away from the pool but was constantly connecting and disconnecting in our room even though there was a booster router under the TV. We had a cheap booking so therefore didn't want to constable complain.

Hotel was clean was sufficient for all our needs. Big breakfast buffet. Free parking. Good location for us to go out and about for the day. Not a luxury hotel but it was fine for what we were not using the hotel for. We were not there for the amenities such as pool etc.

We have just had a week in the views hotel and it certainly has a good view from the front of the building. The hotel is in an excellent location for the restaurants in the Lido area and Funchal centre is about a 40 min walk or take a bus 1.95 euro 10 mins. The rooms in the hotel are clean and sufficient enough for a comfortable stay with regular cleaning. We had the B&B option and found the breakfast great with plenty of choice.

Nice common areas (e.g. pool area), great staff at reception. Unfortunately, room on 5th floor was damp and smelled like mold. Stayed only one night so I did not request to change rooms (which may have been possible).

We just stayed here for one night before moving to our Air BnB. The location is really good for access to restaurants and shops and the main sites in Funchal. The pool was great for our children. We had a long wait between arriving and checking in but were able to use the facilities whilst we waited. Our room was a little dated but had a good shower and comfy beds. We slept really well in quiet rooms. The view was good but I think as a family we would have struggled to stay in the apartment we had all week. Breakfast was really a highlight which was varied and included in the cost of our stay. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but for a couple of nights it’s very convenient and well priced.

Struttura bella e ben tenuta, colma di comfort (2 piscine esterne, 1 piscina coperta, spa, area giochi per bambini, area giochi con biliardo e ping pong, delizioso bar bordo piscina). Colazione molto varia e fornita, parcheggio gratuito (indispensabile per Madeira), ristoranti e supermercati a pochi passi, piccolo centro commerciare accanto alla struttura. Personale tutto gentile e professionale. Straconsigliato

Tout s’est bien passé, le petit déjeuner pourrait être mieux. La vue mer est superbe

Ottima struttura per una vacanza a Madeira. Personale cordiale e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione ottima con abbondante possibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato. Parcheggio gratis sempre disponibile, ideale per chi si sposta in macchina. Fermata bus nelle vicinanze.
