Heritage Hotel Hallstatt

Equipe prestativa, principalmente Sofia e Maria que nos atenderam com muita simpatia.

O Hotel se vende como beira lago e ao lado da igreja, simbolo de Hallstat, porem utiliza outras acomodações para acomodar seu hospedes. Mostra uma foto muito bem localizado, mas oferece acomodações distantes da sua sede. Não é um padrão correto. Mais facil buscar um hotel mais barato ou um airbnb que apresente verdade em suas fotos. Viajei muito por esta estadia, e quando cheguei, foi uma decepção. Muita dificuldade em ser atendido, pela distancia existente ate o predio central e se chover então, dificulta tudo, muito mais! O transfer tambem não ajuda os hospedes, mantendo exigencias e definições que impedem sua utilização.

The stay was generally pleasant. There was initially an issue with the cleanliness of the room, but the reception staff handled it professionally and resolved it quickly. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication after check-out. I accidentally left behind an earring and contacted the hotel to inquire about it, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Better follow-up with guests regarding lost items would greatly improve the overall experience

Bu otel yillardir gitmek istedigim hallstat daki gitmek istedigim tek otel. Bayagi luks bu arada. Kahvalti muhtesem. Ben aksam yemegimi de otelde yedim gayet iyi. O balkon manzarasinda uyanmak paha bicilmez

Calisanlar biraz daha sicakkanli olabilirdi

We were here just for the breakfast buffet where a good variety and quality of foods was offered. Everything tastes delicious and the service was also nice. I would also consider staying here in case I visit Hallstatt again.
