Cleaning service is available every day for each reservation. To reach the resort you must make a left turn 2 minutes after the bridge at the beginning of Via Falcinello. Stop at the large gate and ring the bell. In all the suites it is not possible to cook. Each apartment is equipped with a minibar, a kettle, a coffee machine, and coffee pods. Pets are allowed upon request, with an additional cost of €25 per day, and a maximum of one dog per reservation. Pets should also be small in size. The management may occasionally organize events in the outdoor space belonging to the Resort. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to communicate their expected arrival time in advance. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM must be communicated in advance, are subject to a €20 late check-in fee, and are subject to approval by the property. Arrivals between 9:30 PM and 12:00 AM (midnight) must be communicated in advance, are subject to a €50 late check-in fee, and are subject to approval by the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
