Service is exceptional. They are always ready to help and very open to guests requirements. Rooms are very clean and price wise is an excellent option.

Everything was great.

Super comfortable bungalow and great location. Food was delicious. Our host Judy was really helpful in organising excursions for us, transfers to and from airport, etc.

The employees is what truly makes this place great. Judy, the manager, is such a sweet lady. She works nonstop to make sure people enjoy their stay. She is the most genuine person I've met on my travels. One day, my girlfriend needed to go to the hospital and spend the night (not because of anything here in Leticia). When I told Judy, she personally came down to the hospital with dinner, juice, blankets, pillows, and a pair of her sandals for my girlfriend to use. She sat down with us and said a prayer. The next morning at 6 am, she was there first thing in the morning to check on us, and to talk to the nurses to make sure we were provided good care. We stayed for 9 days at this hotel, and every day, Judy would sit and talk with us, suggesting safe activities we could do, making custom meals to satisy my pregnant girlfriends cravings. All the staff is kind and hardworking, but Judy really went above and beyond for us. Such a wonderful person that deserves all the praises I can give her. I would stay here again if for nothing else, because of her!

Amazing breakfast, super nice staff, great bungalow, amazing nice garden… an oasis in leticia. We felt like at home, the lady in charge is incredibly nice and dedicated, she does everything to make you feel well. The jugos are magic, and food in general. Breakfast to remember :-). If you want a colourful note: birds from parque Santander leave the park very early (5:30), which is noticeable all over Leticia :-). It is very good to have early plans anyway in the area.

The hotel had a really good coffee served at breakfast. Fresh fruit cocktail and delicious omelet. The bungalows had a hammock for relaxing. The hotel had a water container where you could refill your water bottle.

It was a bit hot inside the bungalow, because the Air-condition unit was too small for that size of Bungalow.

Great location near central square.

Had a few issues checking out with the team asking us to pay twice.

The hotel is in a great location and easy to get to quickly from the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the little courtyard that the rooms are centered around is very pretty with lots of bird life including humming birds visiting. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. They have air con but it won't do much in the very high heat, but there is a fridge in the room and drinking water available within the grounds. The hotel also does very good food and there are also several good restaurants a very short walk away. I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel had AC unit and fans to help cool room down. Safe and quiet location with restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast provided, as well as a water refill station . Loved the staff. Hotel and rooms looked as pictured.

WiFi signal didn’t seem to reach or last in room, but other areas of hotel it worked just fine.

Very confortable clean room, just what we needed to rest after a few days in the jungle.
