"Exceptional"

Our stay was absolutely perfect, we really would recommend staying here. Every member of staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean. The breakfast is good. The location is perfect - just a short walk from the main square and lots of markets/restaurants nearby. We also did the Inca trail and the hotel kindly stored our bags for us, and we used the laundry services which was well organised.

"Awful rooms"

Unfortunately the rooms in this hotel are a real let down. We and our friends stayed in multiple rooms during two stays. One had no window. The other two cramped rooms (with windows) absolutely stank of mould. Just unbearable. It's unfortunate because the location is great, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is pretty good.
