Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus - All Inclusive

Well maintained, beach is beautiful. Food mediocre at best. Entertainment went down from previous visits and could be improved.

Iberostar hacienda Dominicus is an excellent place to vacation either with family or a group of friends. The staff is the friendliest and hard working. Everyone in the hotel makes you feel like family. The entertainment team are the most fun and make sure you have a great time. The drinks are premium and the food is fresh. Highly recommend this resort.

The food was good, but the bartenders at the pool and in the lobby bar were not attentive. We will not go back to this resort because of the poor service.

It was evident that the staff took great pride in working for Iberostar. The hospitality was 5 star. Seeing the workers around the property ensuring that it was maintained well, was a plus. Some of the minus's - the lock on the sliding doors in our room wasn't secure (front desk made aware) and hot water for showers was non existent. Would have settled for lukewarm water, it never happened.

The staff is friendly and supportive. The cleanliness standards are subpar, especially in the bar areas!
