Una persona encargándose de muchos huéspedes, y tener que pasar largos minutos bajando y validando una aplicación. Si van a usar esas aplicaciones por lo menos pidan bajar la aplicación antes de llegar..

"Great Value"

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was very good value. The free drinks were appreciated. Breakfast was always very nice. The hotel tries very hard. The artwork and decorations were interesting.

The use of the app to open doors and the the lift was annoying. The front door is far too slow to open.
