"Pesima y horrible experiencia"

El personal amable, aunque no supieron corregir nuestras peticiones, y no ne hicieron los reembolsos de habitacion aunque no la use.

Habitacion con olor a humedad, super pequeña, TV de los años 80' cama con sabanas sucias y del baño no hablamos, la regadera llena de hongos y el baño sin limpiar.

El personal muy amable, Brenda muy atenta. La comida super bien, felicitaciones a Sofia y su asistente. Es un concepto diferente y eso hace que generes nuevas oportunidades. El área de recreación vale la pena tomarlo en cuenta para una tarde noche relajada y familiar o de amigos.

Las camas, de verdad que poco confortables.

"Didn’t like the stay"

The guy on our first night stay was super lovely. Other than that everything was quite poor.

One guy at the reception was a bit unpleasant and unhelpful I would say quite dismissive! We stayed here two times the first time we were lucky we received a slightly better room. The second time we stayed the hotel room felt somewhat dirty and we’ve had a very small space for us when we raised we’d like an earlier check out we didn’t really get questioned why or if there’s anything that could have been done. Which was quite disappointing. Breakfast wasn’t the best either.

This hotel was amazing. Such a beautiful property, stuff was very kind and welcoming, for any question they helped us. Breakfast was excellent and the location perfect as well. We were very satisfied.

Just the body soap the in the bathroom was not working, but we were not worried about it and if we asked they would definitely fix it. Nothing bad here.
