Courtyard Keene Downtown

Spacious, comfortable room in easy waking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Staff is warm and welcoming.

I was on the second floor and could hear people yelling all night! Noise didn’t stop until 1 am. Dirty hotel will never book another courtyard again

It was clean, the room was nice.

There was no mention that the pool was not working when I booked as well as checking in. For the price, the pool should be working, but I understand things happen, so my bill should have reflected it. Also, I was led to believe that breakfast was included.. Breakfast is at the hotel, but it was not included. There was a menu for overpriced food at a counter and other nonsense.

The city had a water main break. We found out from a local restaurant that you could not use the water for the next 4 days. When we asked the hotel. The one lady at the front desk laughed about it and said yeah just go buy bottled water. They gave us no water for our room even though the town was told the water was contaminated and to not use it at all.

Superb location, very clean, attentive staff

Do not stay there. We went for a night away. Have never been there. We were looking forward to using the pool and it was out of order. Would have been nice to no that . Homeless outside and employees lie! It’s not in a good location. Was lied to by manger.

Hotel itself clean and nice but surrounding area has homeless people, or seems a little sketchy, which made us a little nervous walking around town

Friendly staff and location

For the price of 324.00 for one night, you would think it would offer better amenities and feel more high end. The amenities listed that there were ice machines on each floor, which was not true. There was only one on the fifth floor. There was no Hand lotion in the bathroom. It just felt like a basic hotel
