Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites - All Inclusive

Overall a decent Iberostar property. We stayed at the Suites so it allowed us to go to Suites and Waves. 3 different property levels - Waves, Suites, Joia (adult only). Breakfast food was basically the same options every day. Dinner buffet themes every night. Special restaurants are FirstCome-FirstServe, which worked fine for us eating at 6pm. Overall the special restaurant food was pretty good. The room was good and easy to get too. Bars were OK. The pool bar guys were selective on who they would serve…guys definitely got served last and they knew if guys gave tips or not. Beach was nice but you need water shoes because there isn’t many places to walk really far in without being in seagrass. The locals selling their crafts on the beach was getting annoying as they just sit out there on the beach in their kayak all day long. They don’t really bother you but it’s annoying that they sit there and watch. Night entertainment was OK. Beach/pool entertainment was OK.

The restaurants were good, especially the Italian. Room service was excellent, Staff needs to smile more. A great number of them especially at the bars were not very happy

It was a great time overall. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend!!! The staff was amazing!

Was a great experience the staff was very friendly nice pool and beautiful beach The buffet was very abundant and in addition there was the choice of three restaurants without reservations of excellent quality especially the Italian one the only negative notes were on arrival we had to wait more than an hour for the room because there was a problem that they solved by giving us an upgrade with a still sea view then the cleaning of the room only twice in 5 days of stay but overall we were fine

Iberostar Rose Hall was a great experience. The staff was lovely and so nice. Obrien that checked us in was very professional. Omar and the Steak House also great. Channedka, i think that her name at the Greek restaurant. Thank you all the Buffet and Pool staff. Adolfo C

Nice clean property. The food was excellent and the staff was very nice.

Great staff, welcoming, friendly. Had a few niggles with the suite, these were sorted quickly and effectively.
