The hotel is in a lovely location, our room looked over the Botanic Gardens. Plenty of cafes and bars in the area and it’s a super short walk to the metro to get into the city centre.

We read the reviews of this place on the way into Glasgow. The consistently dreadful reviews referencing lack of cleanliness, security concerns and lack of staff on the premises made us decide not to stay there. We tried to contact the hotel but the automated message was unintelligible in a foreign language which I did not recognise. I speak French, German, Polish and Spanish and it was none of these! I am shocked that Booking.com continues to deal with this outfit.

nothing apart from location.

shabby, falling apart at the seams, should not be on your list of properties. dirty carpets, ancient uncomfortable beds and furniture falling apart.

It was clean enough

A little run down-chipped surfaces, holes in the wall, lights switches not working. No sign of the hotelier
