Perfect location for a quick visit in the west end of glasgow. Easy checkin process and very reactive staff when messaging on the app.

Ground floor room gets a fair amount of noise from the street due to thin windows.

Great location in the west end, right across from the Oran Mor. Really friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Very hard to find and the parking was a nightmare hard to get to down a hidden very thin passageway and very thin gataway into an un properly paved courtyard only big enough for 3 cars my car nearly got stuck in the gateway as it was so uneven ! Then was a huge step to get into the back entrance not good for able bodied with luggage let alone people not the best on there feet then steep stairs then the rooms was fairly small with a too big bed frame that you would catch your self on every time you walked past it and the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the windows were so old they rattles and you heard everything outside we was so tired after our trip so we went to sleep as soon as we got there but didn’t sleep well and even though we booked for 2 nights we left after one night it was that bad ! And had to have an employee see us out of the gateway as was so hard to get our car out and feared our car would get damaged from the parking and the poor condition of the broken bricks and concrete bits etc that was used as driveway floor !

Hard to get in , no one to help us . Place is dirty , carpets are disgusting, orange peel in drawers . 1 electric socket dangerous . Wooden panels don’t close properly in bathroom.

Location good and easy access, quiet, good sized room, clean etc. initial impressions good.

Beds were dreadful. No mattress protector and small sheets. So uncomfortable I didn’t sleep.

Location and was quiet linen and towels clean. Chinese man who answered call on arrival very pleasant and helpful

Beds uncomfortable very shabby and shower door didn’t open and bathroom door handle came off, carpet looked very dirty
