"Very dirty floors, very very gross with old hair beside beds."

My rooms floor was filthy, it made my feet dirty with hair. We went to the pool and I asked for the room to be re cleaned and vacuumed. When I came back, they said someone vacuumed, it was still very dirty…I brought a towel I used to wipe around the beds to the front desk and the manager said it was disgusting and that they were sorry. I asked for a discount or room comp and they said yes but it never showed up on the bill.

check in was quick and easy, food was good in the restaurant, room was clean

we were cold in the restaurant , air conditioning was set pretty low, had to wear a coat
