They cancelled my booking, did not call me or text me; just sent an email 3 hours before I was suppose to check in. I tried my best to be polite to reception staff, they just told me I should have checked my emails.... This would have been fine but I dont check my emails frequently and was out for food with my old university friends. No calls, no text, just came in at 2230 to a cancellation, no where else open in town to stay at this time so had to spend the night in town until my first train home. Luckily im male and built in a way where i can protect myself. Wonder how my night would have been if i was a young female.... I mentioned this to the staff, they said gender had nothing to do with it. Made me think about my teeenage daughter and what a vulnerable position it would have put her in.
GBAbsolutely gorgeous location with terrace and garden next to the river. Easy to get to without getting caught up in Bath centre traffic.
Nothing much to not like. Car parking is cosy, but adequate. The building appearance doesn't flatter, but more than compensated by location and surroundings.

Parking was tight. Was extremely hot with limited fans no aircon
