We had a nightcap in the bar/restaurant later in the evening, and the waitress was setting tables for breakfast. Didn't do much for the ambience in the bar. £10 for an overnight stay in their own private carpark is a bit steep
DESelten zu schön und idyllisch übernachtet. Zentral und dennoch naturnahe gelegen. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

GBDinner was a bit of a let down, who the hell serves the starter with the main course? Took over an hour from the time I sat down to being served, not good for a working man who had just spent 12 hours working on vital equipment at the Royal United Bath Hospital...deserved a little better I think

After our stay, we were charged £66 for a kettle that you claim was damaged because it had boiling water inside it. We do not accept this charge. A kettle is designed to boil water, and we did not misuse or damage it in any way during our stay. We therefore request evidence showing how the kettle was damaged and how this damage was caused by us. We were also disappointed with our overall experience and do not believe this additional charge is justified. Please review this matter and refund the £66 charge

GBGBWe were lucky to be upgraded to the hotel rather than the outside rooms. Stunning river view. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable and gave us advice on the area. We did the two mile walk down the canal into Bath and then got the bus back. Parking was £10 ,we were lucky it wasn't busy as it can be tight. We'd definitely visit again
