Windows in the room were terrible definitely need replacing. Building was having work done at the time aswell. Didnt think £158 was an acceptable price for 1 night stay. Also the fridge in the room didnt work.

GBRestaurant is pretty good - an Italian menu and homemade pizza was very good. Service was friendly and efficient. Hotel was full in early June with some guests as regular visitors.
On-site parking is an additional £10 and only just enough spaces for the number of guests. Parking spaces are a bit of a squeeze. No lift means a lot of carrying luggage up and down flights of stairs. The property looks a bit tired. Room was stuffy in June and was advised not to open the window 'because there are a lot of flies' (being right next to the river). Breakfast was straight out of the 1970s - white bread, cornflakes, tea. No cooked option.

Location not ideal, near busy toll road and narrow main road, just off. Pity the charge for parking even though on their own land. Expensive for a single room and due to Bath University open days, a bit greedy in my experience. No hot breakfast options

Shower pressure wasn't great. It happened to be really hot the night of my stay so it was great to be able to have the balcony doors open, but it did mean having the noise of the water wheel running all night. It wasn't a big issue but could be annoying if you are a light sleeper

Niet super proper, ver van het centrum (1 uur wandelen) en de parking bleek niet gratis (£10 voor slechts 1 nacht) terwijl daar bij het inchecken niks over werd gecommuniceerd, het ontbijt was heel erg sober; er was amper keuze, veel lawaai, …
