Guests booking non-refundable rates will need to provide Lago Montargil Conference & SPA with their billing details (name, address, and VAT number) during booking. Please note that all-inclusive or half board bookings for December 24th include: Christmas dinner on the 24th and Christmas lunch on the 25th. All-inclusive or half board bookings for the 31st December include the New Year's Eve Buffet Dinner. Please note that the restaurant “A Panela” (à la Carte) is available for dinner by appointment only and is subject to availability. Dress Code: Smart Casual evening wear is recommended Please inform the property of any dietary restrictions in advance. Please note that the pool bar is only available seasonally. Treatments and Massages are by appointment and subject to availability. Nautical Club activities access is not included in the price. Children from 3 to 11 years old can only use the spa area between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with prior notice at reception.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. O Hotel tem muito boa vibe, está super bem decorado, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e tem muitas áreas diferentes. Super agradável. O pequeno almoço é excepcional.

A localização, o sossego e a simpatia dos funcionários, pequeno almoço bastante variado.

A péssima acessibilidade para quem tem locomoção reduzida. Mesmo tendo atempadamente informado que tinha dificuldade em movimentar me porque ando de canadianas, fui colocada no piso 4 bem distante dos elevadores. Para ir ao pequeno almoço que se situa no 4 piso, tinha que descer escadas até ao terceiro piso, andar por dois corredores compridos e voltar a subir escadas até ao quarto andar. Elevadores fora de serviço que impossibilitaram a minha ida ao spa. Infelizmente após o meu primeiro pequeno almoço fiquei doente o que fez com que ficasse grande parte do tempo no quarto. Mas, mesmo que tal não tivesse acontecido, o hotel é tão labiríntico que se tornava impossível para mim, deslocar-me. No quarto o tampo da sanita completamente partido e só mudado no segundo dia de estadia. A janela completamente presa e impossivel abrir. Só o staff o conseguiu fazer e com bastante sacrifício. A janela teve de ficar aberta durante toda a nossa estadia. Para um hotel de 5 estrelas está muito aquém daquilo que se deseja e se paga. Mobiliário a precisar de arranjos pois o que vemos conta muito para que a estadia seja boa. Poderia acrescentar mais algumas coisas mas o mais importante está descrito.

Comida tem quase nada de opção no buffet e achei o preço super caro pelo que foi oferecido de resto nada a reclamar hotel top tudo maravilhoso, só que acho que na área da gastronomia deveria melhor muito por ser um hotel 5 estrelas
