Pleasant staff, serene sea,view and quiet environment. Meals need to be improved.

Great property to stay at

Just did one night, everyone was very accommodating and the facilities were clean and my room was delightful

I liked the hotel location, but don’t like the hotel itself, it is very dirty (room, gym, pool area etc), the room furniture is very old and not in proper conditions , the AC was bad, room smell is bad , the toilet area is very narrow and annoying, The breakfast was very limited even they are not refill if something finished

Staff friendly, only issue was poor state of barhroom, hot water supply via shower was brown, iron colour n smell. Broken tiles and door handle as well as no toilet paper on arrival. Breakfast set up very poor. Limited food (trays empty). Could improve but very much a has been hotel (look and feel).

Environment.

This hotel is horrible They only have pretty pictures on display. Unprofessional Staff Disorganized Management Horrible old broken rooms They even inflate bills and try to extort guests. Don’t book this hotel. It’s completely useless

Only stayed for a night on transit in the Deluxe room and it’s only a 40% chance that I will go back. Location was great in a quiet neighbourhood. Pool side with views to the Lagoon is nice and the best part of the hotel. However, the hotel needs major renovation as the rooms are quite dated. Bedding are clean but in these pandemic times, I feel they should pay more attention to deep cleaning things like the intercom phones, etc.

Not clean. Refrigerator never worked. Room in poor condition. No hot water Would not recommended
