Beat place ever! My husband and I met here! It will forever be our go too! Love the area, close to most. You just have to deal with the traffic.. be patient. Your in a wonderful place! ❤️💯

Wonderful place for relaxation. Beautiful gardens and pool and lovely outlook to the water. The place is kept very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the Chef makes delicious food. The only slightly less than excellent part was the shower fittings. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

"Solo Female"

As a solo female traveller my safety is my first concern. The area isn't the most desirable so I never felt the urge to leave the hotel to go for a walk, however. The boutique hotel itself I found clean and comfortable and safe. My first room stank to high heaven of mosquito spray but I was Jet lagged to do anything about it. Twelve hours later at 2 in the morning I stood my ground and demanded a new room, the men on duty didn't want to upgrade me. The new room was in a wing of the hotel that wasn't being used and was dark and eerie. I again demanded to be moved and was met by the owner who was furious that a guest had been treated so poorly. She apologized and placed my in a suite. The dinning are was great and the food excellent. The pool area was the best, right by a lagoon where you can watch local fishermen. I always felt safe no matter what time of the day or night. There's a gazebo by the pool where I sat, met, and conversed with other travelers. Even though I did not like the area, I would still recommend the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return. I went back in March 2020 two weeks before the world went on lockdown. I remember arriving in London and the gentlemen in front of me from Spain was visibly sick and the let him in. However at Lagos airport they were testing everyone's temperature and pulled aside anyone they suspected of being sick.

The bath tubs are very dangerous. I ask for a mat but was never able to attain one. Bad design all the way around in restrooms! Staff was super nice, beautiful property, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because of my experience with the shower.
