"A great place to stay!"

Friendly staff, beautiful pool area. Restaurant food is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. This was my second stay here, was here for almost 6 weeks. Will come back again and again.

Great staff and comfortable atmosphere. Room is adequate for my needs but maintenance could be improved. Security is provided which is a plus for expatriates.

Friendly staff but poor customer service. The problem seems to be training and supervision. My room didn't have a functioning phone and it took 4 days to fix it. My room had a refrigerator that didn't work. But it was replaced. My AC unit also malfunctioned...spewing water unto the bed. It took over two days to fix it.

"Thread bare and worn out"

Trying to get a restful weekend but woken up by construction in the rooms all around us. Given a stale, dirty room upon checking in and when we complained were moved to a better smelling room with a window facing a wall. When complained about the threadbare and dirty towels were given better newer towels. If better rooms and better towels are available, why are they keeping them away from guests? The staff are accommodating and pleasant but the management must be unwilling to invest in even basic level service. At this room rate, guests should have clean towels, weekend quiet, and non-smelly rooms. We won't be returning here.

I love the property and staff kind and generous..it was travelocity that caused issue with my check in..they also said they would credit me $200 on my next vacation..i haven't heard back from them on the issue they cause..
