When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. "Schöner Urlaub am Gardasee"

Sehr modernes Hotel mit tollem Aussenbereich, Pool Liegeflächen und Seepromenade. Moderne Zimmer.

Frühstück war jeden Tag ein Chaos mit dem Kaffee, der Rest vom Buffet war gut und ausgewogen. Ab 9.00 Uhr wurde nur noch zögerlich nachgelegt. Der Oberkellner (Oberpinguin) ist die absolute Katastrophe den würde ich noch heute zum Teufel schicken. Eine stinkfaule Niete der die jungen angestellten Tyrannisiert und verunsichert. Alle anderen sind sehr nett und bemüht. Hotel liegt etwas abseits, mit Auto alles kein Problem.

Un posto incantevole con un personale super gentile. Soprattutto il ragazzo alto con nome straniero veramente SUPER. assomiglia a Marrakesh. Dovete dargli un riconoscimento. Fa veramente bene il suo lavoro! Anche tutti gli altri bravissimi.. location top

Il direttore alle colazioni è un po troppo nervoso con i suoi dipendenti.

Ein tolles Hotel mit schöner Aussicht und tollem Pool zum See. Aber auch ein weiterer Pool vorhanden. Zimmer mit Seeblick war sauber und sehr schick.

Drum herum ist leider nicht wirklich viel, sodass man auch zum essen gehen oft aufs Auto angewiesen ist...

Hôtel très bien situé et petit-déjeuner bien

Ayant un petit chien j’ai demandé du poulet cuit pour lui et cela m’a été refusé alors que la plupart des hôtels de même catégorie n’ont jamais refusé, bien dommage !

"3 star at best"

The location is very isolated not much to walk to on an evening. We paid for a superior room which was very basic at best so had to pay €140 to upgrade so at least we had seats, a tv we could see without turning our necks, and tea making facilities. The food was the cheapest ingredients you could make anything with, one night pea soup and pigs cheek with pollenta, yuk. The staff are very helpful and nice and the views from the hotel are wonderful. The spa costs 25 euros for 2 hours so carnt use heated pool for free even though outside pools freezing.
