"Family Vacation- June 2026"

We loved the Julen Hotel in Zermatt- our favorite place of the whole Swiss vacation. Our family suite was amazing- plenty of room for a family of four. The A/C was a treat, minibar fridge, and lovely furnishings. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind to us and the breakfast was amazing. I did have a massage which was very relaxing and the spa/pool was also very clean and a fun treat to use. We enjoyed ourselves very much- Thank you and we'd highly recommend to anyone. :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, the service, the facilities, and the location were amazing. The onsite breakfast, the restaurant, pool, sauna were all 5 star!!!!

"We highly recommend Tradition Julen Hotel"

The breakfast buffet and dinner menu were outstanding. But, the staff was over the top! We felt like we were leaving family after our 3 night stay. Our breakfast servers were so helpful with our 1 year old grandson. The view of the Matterhorn from our room was amazing, and the spa was great.

Location, room view and facilities are very good. We can see Matterhorn in our room. The breakfast is delicious with many choices. The restaurant staff is nice and great, she can remember what we have ordered in day 1 and ask whether we would repeat them in day 2.

Outstanding attention to detail - perfect design and decor for location. Extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent each of the four days we were there. Owner was very gracious, kind and outgoing as was the housekeeping staff. Spa was very well designed and great attention to detail was seen here as well.
