Great traditional place. Nice staff, cosy atmosphere. And great rooms foreseen of coffee, fruit, and other nice extras. Great you can opt for fondue evening in HP.

Welness area is wonderfull, but bit cramped (understandable given history of the building).

I visited this hotel for the second time recently with a friend. I must say it was better now than it was the last time. It was pretty much a flawless visit. As long as your book directly with them you can rent an e-bike for free, the half board or breakfast rates are pretty reasonable. We stayed there two nights and it really felt like being at home. The hotel is quite quaint and woodsy. Like a big cabin. The rooms are very similar to that too and quite advanced with the technology they use including the bidet. We had the half board and the meals were fantastic. We had a couple dinners there five courses and all of them were delicious. The breakfast also included omelets or Fridays or whatever you actually wanted. Also had a machine that squeezed oranges freshly for orange juice. They have a veried friendly staff from all over Europe. If I ever came back to zermat again I would surely try to stay here again. It was very enjoyable.

I enjoyed the breakfast very much...just excellent. The room was very nice. The restaurants were excellent as well.
