Situation of the property is good however the property is aging and needs repairs to. the property the room we had the door was sticking and a little hard to open.all the clings were broken and in need of repair or replace and they had a lot of dust on them and I think the price was a little high.

We left after two nights. Just did not like staying there. Bed was un comfy, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, everything tired and old. Outlook was over a tatty aged fake lawn with falling down fence. Not for us. Never again.

Ideal location, however quality of accommodation substandard. Shower / bath did not drain effectively, furnishings are clean but very dated and ‘flimsy’. Cutlery in the kitchen was dirty, thus we didn’t use the kitchen for any eating. You are even required to strip your bed of bedclothes yourself upon departure.

The room was very small and tired. No where to put our bags. The duvet was grubby and stained. Good location to walk on into town for food etc but the room needs a freshen up, paint dingy etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable bed, soft towels great location. Value for money

Great Location. Studio room I stayed in was very dark, abit cave like but fine for a weekend stay.

Smallest room ive ever stayed in. A bed to sleep in for two nights....did its job

easy walking distance to beach and restaurants

The kitchenette facilities were very inadequate. The refrigerator was too small to store anything of substance. Parking was hit and miss. Overall the room was adequate. The staff were great.

Quite nice place very near to city center and beach
