Bay Village Resort Dunsborough

Our surprise was we had booked a 1 bedroom unit. After getting our keys and findind unit. Looked like we had an upgrade. A stunning 3 floor unit waited for us. All amenities were still available absolutely beautiful. We were informed that the pool was out of commission but travelling to the beach wasnt hard. Clean quiet loved it. Going back again.

We stayed in a one room self managed apartment which is confusing because although on the resort premises it is not managed by the resort, Iit was advertised to have a pool but a few days out we were advised this was not usable and was up for maintenance, on arrival the pool area was locked, looked to be in pristine condition and there was no work being done on it. When queried at reception we were told it would not be open until at least christmas as the roof needed repairing and they needed to consult with owners. Surely this should have been arranged before closing the pool. The resort is in an ideal situation but is in need of upgrading and their website for both resort and self managed units need to reflect this. A little disappointing.

We loved the availability of a washer and dryer! And the location; being able to walk everywhere was fantastic!

Great location. The upstairs TV is not connected to any signal. Some of the furnishings could do with a clean. Lounge pillows were grubby. Lots of dust if you look closely.

Was a nice, clean, comfortable stay with great facilities within and close by

Apart from the location this has nothing else. Strange to find instructions to remove bedding and place in a bin outside before leaving. The Most uncomfortable bed I have (not) slept in for years. Will never go back.
