Good playgrounds and activity options for kids activities , esp kids club is a unique option if you want to get some me time

Almost everything cost extra money for activities, would be good to include some craft or creative activities for younger kids Very very cramped around pool and splash park areas

Location was convenient and close to the beach and there was daily room cleaning

There was only one pool which was quite crowded, an adult pool without children would be good. Most activities are for younger children with few activities for teenagers.

Nothing

First time been here and never come back. There is no room service, my child needs milk and water at night while the restaurant is closed, I have a small child. There is no toothpaste set for guests, even a hair comb. Parking has to be paid even though I booked a deluxe room

Everything. It was spectacular. The kids were so happy.

Perfect paradise for kids ever

We have stayed at Paradise Resort 4 times. Every visit is full of happy memories, my kids love it here and I feel like I can relax. The family rooms offer the best accommodation in my opinion. We are staying in a room with an adjoining door (didn’t book two rooms, just one) and we can hear every word they say, when their small child cries (which thankfully hasn’t been that frequent). But there’s better rooms. If you can afford it, upgrade to a two bedroom room because we have only had very nice quiet night sleeps in them. I would not stay in this style room ever again here. The activities are a bit lower in non peak periods. This is the first time we have stayed outside of summer and noticed the drop in kids club sessions and general activities, so if that’s your thing, book in summer, it’s packed and lots of fun for kids to meet people and be kids. The rooms are now really comfy, the new mattresses are so great. After coming since the kids were little and now not so little, it would be great for some teen stuff in summer periods.

Activities at the resort, rooms comfortable, games for the kids jelly eating, trivia, waterpark was good.

The restaurant was very loud, food below average and overpriced. Breakfast buffet options were disappointing not hot breakfast included. Staff constantly policing the trampoline making the kids get off. Adults leaving half drunk Alcoholic drinks all around the inside playground, the over the top rules at the hair braiding, late appointments meant keeping your children away from the water as you couldn’t have wet hair.
