Good for kids. Easy access. Great activities. Iceskating was a great inclusion. Disco was a vibe, great DJ.

Kids zone downstairs had a strong mould odour and damp feel. Shower head and tap fittings always needed tightening.

All staff were great. Great choice of activities for kids. Not far from the centre of Surfer’s or the beach. Ordering food, organising activities, purchasing from shop or doing washing all was easy and cashless.

Nothing really to tell, only thing maybe was day three no fresh towels were given with service but existing towels were hanging up so it wasn’t really a hassle.

I was blown away by all the extra activities for the kids. So much to do. The staff were amazing, friendly and approachable. The flexibility with ordering food from the different menus. The food was consistently tasty and quick.
