Hotel Torcolo

Easy reasonably priced and close to everything. However please note if your thinking about sleeping in, and your a light sleeper, you will be woken by the morning goings on, 9f your room is facing the back of any of the restaraunts. It is a well maintained older property like many of the structures around it. Its close to everything, very convenient. Everything i needed for my 2 night stay

Stayed 4 nights in a double room, 1st floor. Beautifully presented room, comfortable bed and reasonably sized bathroom. Excellent front of house experience, friendly staff who provided restaurant recommendations and directions to attractions. Hotel does provide breakfast which we had on first day, typical continental style with a good selection; other days we walked out to piazza Bra for breakfast. Wifi very good throughout entire stay. Would definitely stay again in this hotel. Excellent value for money given hotel experience and location.

Amazing and frinedly staff, in particular front desc. The service overall is superb. Very efficient room service. Overll, I felt like I was at home. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location!

Torcolo is a small,older style of hotel very near the Piazza Bra and the Verona Arena. Our room was very comfortable and air conditioned which was great in the heat of the day and at night. There was a good continental breakfast and a small bar which served excellent wine and beer but the best asset of this hotel is its staff who were most friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of useful advice about transport, restaurants and places to visit. They booked meals and train tickets and are genuinely lovely people. The hotel is excellent value and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you Torcolo.

We just spent three nights in Hotel Torcolo and loved it, what a gem. This is a 2 star hotel with 4 star service. Torcolo does the important things right. We felt at home, all staff were friendly and helpful. We had a triple room which was big, very comfortable, excellent bathroom and cleaned daily. The air conditioned indoor terrace was very welcome as the weather was extremely hot. The location is superb, a few minutes walk from all the major sites and the restaurant was one of the best meals we’ve had anywhere in Italy, truly exceptional. I usually don’t include hotel breakfasts but this was great value. A great variety of food, lovely coffee, and a great way to start the day. We’ve traveled a lot in Italy over the years and Hotel Torcolo is in the top three of hotels we’ve stayed at. We loved it and hope to come back again.

Great location in beautiful Verona. Thank goodness it had AC. Decent room given the price. Very friendly front desk and breakfast staff.

Great location. The staff was very helpful with finding a convenient parking location. The shower being separate from the bathroom was a little odd but it worked well.
