The staff was so kind and helpful. Hotel felt safe and welcoming. Location was perfect!

Very conveniently located right in the center of Verona by shopping and sights. The room was a bit antiquated, but also had a charm to it. I slept very well.

This hotel is right in the heart of the main attraction, literally steps away from all the activities. Bus routes to all areas and walkable to almost all attractions, restaurants/shopping steps away. You feel very safe in the area, lots of activity. The hotel is old, what isn’t in this area, but it is kept clean and they are so friendly. Super nice staff, very helpful and the breakfast is delicious (my son ate 4 croissants). The noise level at night is very active but that’s to be expected when you are so close to a busy center like that. Ac in room, multiple beds (they are hard like all we have slept on here). Now the only strange, lol the shower was in the room…not the bathroom, glass door and all! So have fun with that. Great place to stay for the price, safe and friendly and so close to attractions.

I had such a lovely stay. Everyone there was welcoming and helpful at all times i needed something. Room was spacious and functional. Hotel was conveniently located just steps away to the main attractions. Will stay here again when in Verona.

The rooms were old and shabby but the staff, breakfasts and location more than made up for that.

I spent one night in this tiny hotel, that is more a guest house than hotel. It has only 2 stars, but its rates when the Opera shows are on are crazy for what it offers. The room is poorly decorated, with old furniture, the mattress was so uncomfortable and hard that I could not sleep. They do not offer you not even a bottle of water! But first of all, it has a tiny bathroom with old and cheap water closet, bidet…it’s dirty, and you cannot walk inside; the small shower is separated and built in the closet. 😳 Rooms are NOT sound proof and I could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms close to mine, if they used the shower, or the hairdryer or even the sink it was like they were in my room! If they talked…So I woke up every time the neighbours were using the bathroom. And my room was between 2 rooms. So…double noise! Also the noise from the street is annoying. The breakfast is served on the street, among traffic and smells of gas, garbage. It’s poor, with industrial products, no homemade cakes. Cherry on the top: I found a hair in the scrambled eggs! The teapot was full of white sediments… All in all, the one and only positive thing is the closeness to the Arena, but there are many other hotels closer and cheaper! So it’s definitely a NO!!! Price of a double room in days of Opera shows: €223,90. No parking, no gym, nothing. I think this is not honest vs tourists, who pay a lot for opera tickets, travels, and cannot sleep well!

This Hotel is just great - clean and very central especially to Verona Arena. The AC worked fine, wifi was fast. Yes, it is an old hotel but it is also very clean and the employees are nice and welcoming. I experienced no noise whether from inside or outside the Hotel. Breakfast was not included (my option) so cannot rate that. Double room was a great size. Def recommended and will return.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the arena. Room was a bit dated but very clean. Checkout is at 11 am but cleaning staff were vacuuming the hallway and cleaning rooms starting at 8 am. Walls are very thin- can easily here conversations in the hallway or with your neighbouring rooms.
