ロケーションが良くて、静かで、使い勝手が良くて、管理人ご夫妻が親切で、大変満足しました。 バスの便が多数あって、とても便利でした。しかも、夕方以降や土日は無料で、嬉しい驚きでした

紹介画像は角部屋だったのに、実物は窓が一つしかなかったのは残念でした。

The property was peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. We found the shower amazing and the water hot. The pool was lovely and a perfect temperature.

I personally feel that the accommodation is not 4 stars. The room is outdated and definitely requires a lick of paint. The sofa bed/ lounge was very uncomfortable, and with our stay being almost 3 weeks, it very noticeable. There was a lack of kitchenware. The pool area needs more than 2 sunbeds/ loungers.

La struttura é comoda, pulita e accogliente, la cucina molto ben attrezzata e la posizione favorevole perché facilmente collegata al centro tramite autobus.

Abbiamo trovato letti e cuscini scomodi dal nostro punto di vista.

There is ample off street parking. The location is okay. If you want to access the city a lot it’s a bit far out. It’s very close to the hospital and Muddy’s

I don't normally leave reviews but the cumulative experience was negative enough to want to warn other people. The cleanliness was very poor. The floor was disgusting. The walls and doors needed a good clean (photo). The portacot we were given had brown stains over it (photo). There were what appeared to be mould stains in some areas. Under the bed was filthy. There was hair that was clearly none of ours all over the apartment, including the clean bed and through the shower. Dishes had marks left on them. The floors needed a good steam mop - the floor mat (photo) below was after one shower. There was loads of weird stains on random things. There were personal items such as razors and an empty box of tampons left in the bathroom from the previous guests. (Photo) We had washing on the balcony air drying and it was sprayed with water multiple times. The balcony was saturated and our clothes as well. There was nothing to say not to hang washing outside and nowhere really suitable inside to hang it. There was one of the ?owners spraying plants with a hose around the same time. It could have been sprinklers, but the balcony stopped getting wet when the washing was bought inside. It was annoying wanting to sit outside and enjoy the night but the balcony was soaked. We raised an issue with the dishwasher and were told it was working after it had been looked at by the owner. We tried to run it again and it was still having the same problem. My husband found the owner quite rude during this interaction. Multiple times during the short stay we were asked what a good time to paint the unit’s door was, including an hour or so before checkout. We had previously suggested waiting until we checked out as we have two young kids and the paint stank. Most of the rooms were up a set of stairs. This was a pain with the pram and luggage. Overall it was a pretty unpleasant stay.

Everything. Bed was great, apartment was clean and well equipped, lovely and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.
