الفندق كلاسيكي وقديم. لكن اهتمام العاملين والخدمة والاهتمام بالنظافة جعل الفندق يحافظ على مستوى رائع جدا يتميز بحجم الاجنحة الواسعة والخدمة السريعة والمميزة من جميع العاملين بلا استثناء يعيبه فقط عدم وجود خدمات بالقرب من الفندق وكذلك وجدت الوسائد غير مريحة نوعاً ما

"Good hotel but not the best"

The furniture looks old and over used the need to renew all Otherwise everything is good and the breakfast was below OK We took the Royal Suite Big place 👍🏼 The place was clean the stuff is friendly The location is good

"Amazing hotel "

Great location near Heraa mall , elegant hotel , friendly staff, spacious comfy suite the roof is amazing during the night with a beautiful pool , very good priced have a kitchenette and dining table very comfy for a family . Highly recommend it .

"Nice place"

The hotel located near walking distance from Hiraa mall and street which have a lot of restaurants and shops. It is all suites good space. If you want a quite room get a room facing the back ( or maybe that is the front ) just not facing the street. The staff were helpful. The only 2 things that were an issue for me, was where the room bar area, it’s not that clean the way it should be. The other thing was the iron board was not dirty. I had to use a shower towel to iron my uniform on it.

"Avoid it"

Very bad smell even they change the room still bad smell in all rooms and all floor Loud noise till 4 am because of wedding in top floor Egyption Reception staff was very rude with other guests was shouting for him in front of me!!!!
